Arbeiter Brewing Co. is celebrating AAPI Heritage Month with its inaugural Asian Phoenix Festival.

The Asian Phoenix represents resilience, revitalization, and harmony. She is the opposing force to the dragon. Arbeiter is an Asian-owned brewery uplighting AAPI culture through the community. The Phoenix has also become an important symbol to our South Minneapolis neighborhood as we work to renew and rebuild what was lost after the spring 2020 uprising. Join the festivities and flavors of Asian cultures.

Lucky Envelope Brewing AAPI Celebration x Kat Lieu

Lucky Envelope Brewing in Seattle, WA is launching a beer, “Gochujang Chocolate Stout” inspired by Kat Lieu’s Modern Asian Kitchen recipe, Gochujang Choocate Mochi Cake! Portions of all proceeds from beer sales and cookbook sales that day will be donated to The Very Asian Foundation.

Kat Lieu, a Seattle author and board member of The Very Asian Foundation will be signing copies of “Modern Asian Kitchen” and “Modern Asian Baking.”

Kat will have food samples for tasting and baked goodies for sale, along with JD who is bringing Baked Goods for sale and Jenn Tang Skelley who will bring Cross-Stitch/Knitted Items! <3
