Join the Very Asian Foundation (VAF) for an afternoon of beautiful art, delicious food, and a panel discussion to celebrate the Lunar New Year: Year of the Snake!

What: A Very Asian Lunar New Year Exhibition 

When: Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. Doors open at noon.

Where: Messing Gallery, MICDS Campus: 101 N. Warson Road.

St. Louis, Mo. — The Very Asian Foundation, in collaboration with the Duane Reed Gallery, is thrilled to announce the Very Asian Lunar New Year Exhibition & Fundraiser– a unique celebration of Asian American artistry, culture, and community.

This is the second year for this unique event and will feature works by nationally and internationally renowned Asian American artists with ties to the Midwest. View amazing art, eat a delicious lunch, and stay for an artist panel discussion with St. Louis On The Air host Elaine Cha, and win raffle prizes.

Exhibiting Artists include: Katie Chung, Janice Ho, Mee Jey, Jiyong Lee, Raffaela Malazarte, Leslie Song, Ria Unson, Victor Wang.

Food vendors include: Corner 17, DD Mau, The Fattened Caf, Food With Yoo, Sides of Seoul, and Sum Tea House.

The event serves to recognize the contributions of Asian American artists, foster dialogue about identity and representation, and celebrate the Lunar New Year! Proceeds to Benefit the Very Asian Foundation, a national nonprofit based in St. Louis.
